(RightIsRight.co) – Today, as a supposedly new coronavirus variant labeled the Botswana B.1.1529 strain and more commonly called the ‘Nu’ variant panics global financial markets and public health officials, it’s worth recalling that the story that the virus originated naturally as opposed to being intentionally created in a Chinese lab was long ago challenged – many would say debunked – in an international television broadcast.
How long ago?
All the way back in 2016.

The expert is Peter Daszak. According to Wikipedia, Daszak is “a British zoologist, consultant and public expert on disease ecology, in particular on zoonosis. He is the president of EcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit, non-governmental organization that supports various programs on global health and pandemic prevention.”
As you’ll see in the video below, Daszak testifies at the New York Academy of Medicine in New York City during a presentation on the History and Future of Pandemics that “his colleagues in China” sequenced the spike proteins in coronaviruses in order to see if they could bind them to human cells in a way that would become “pathogenic to people.”
