Anti-Ted Cruz Group Starts Nasty Billboard Campaign

(RightIsRight.co) – After the January 6 invasion of the US Capitol, many groups twisted the events and words of the infiltrators to push their own agenda. One such group is the Really American PAC that has gone so far as to drive a mobile billboard around the hometown of Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) in an attempt to discredit him. The group is also raising money to attack other conservative lawmakers who stood up for election integrity and the values on which our nation was founded.

The Really American PAC Harasses Senator Cruz

On Wednesday, March 3, the Really American PAC drove a truck with a billboard on the back with the word “TRAITOR” plastered on the side next to Cruz’s profile. After posting photos on Twitter, they asked for followers to contribute to their campaign so they can “follow him to church and more.”

The hateful group has accused Cruz of supporting the invasion at the Capitol and refusing to accept the election results after he did not support some states’ Electoral votes. However, the Senator repeatedly condemned those who took illegal actions on January 6 and has only fought to defend election integrity when others would not stand to do so.

Cruz Is Not the Only Lawmaker Under Attack

The Really American PAC is also focusing its efforts on “expelling” and “prosecuting” Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) and House representatives Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), among others. The group is hoping to crowdfund additional billboards to post in Washington, DC decrying these lawmakers.

While this group claims to be protecting conservative values, they are twisting the words of these lawmakers to fit their own narrative and tarnishing the GOP in the process. Rather than attacking other conservatives, this group’s resources would be much better used to uncover corruption on the other side of the aisle.
