(RightIsRight.co) – From neighborhood ice cream trucks to games of pick-up basketball at the local courts, being a kid in America was often centered around community and loving ones’ neighbors. Dr. Ben Carson recently reflected on the way it used to be, highlighting the stark contrast with our current society’s negativity.
On Tuesday, September 14, Dr. Carson spoke with Steve Cortes and Jenn Pellegrino on their Newsmax show about the world the next generation is about to experience. Carson started out by highlighting “there used to be love in our society” and contrasting that previously positive society with today’s cancel culture and negativity. He lamented how critical race theory is now pitting children against each other, labeling them as “victims” or “oppressors.”

This TV appearance came shortly after Carson published an op-ed in The Washington Examiner, where he emphasized how the negative movements from the Left are trying to push “a divisive, dystopian, totalitarian vision.” Carson also stressed that if he grew up in this current culture, he would not have gotten to where he is today.
Dr. Carson will continue his fight against ‘cancel culture’ and negativity as he tries to secure a safe future for the generations to come. Only with critical thinkers and care for one another will America continue as a strong and free nation. Thankfully, many people have already noticed and are fighting for it.
