(RightIsRight.co) – On his first day in office, President Joe Biden signed an executive order that supposedly prohibited gender discrimination. Soon after, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provided a memorandum of how to enforce the executive order, which included having private colleges assign students to dorms based on their self-prescribed gender identity. But, one Missouri college is fighting back against this bold order with a lawsuit.
On Thursday, April 15, College of the Ozarks filed a complaint against President Biden, HUD, and HUD’s top officials. In it, they challenged the executive order and directive that would force the private, Christian school to put biological men in female dorms, and vice versa, when asked.
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is representing the College, and Senior Counsel Julie Marie Black called this move “government overreach” that “continues to victimize women, girls, and people of faith by gutting their legal protections.”
Franklin Graham shared his support of the lawsuit on Twitter:
.@CofOHardWorkU President Dr. Jerry C. Davis said, “College of the Ozarks will not allow politicians to erode this essential American right or the ideals that shaped America’s founding.” I appreciate this bold stand. Let’s lift them up in prayer. https://t.co/78M8B3VV3R

Biden’s order applies to all colleges, including private religious colleges, and forces women to share rooms and even shower facilities with biological males. This is a dangerous move to make, and one that Conservatives, thankfully, are quick to fight against.
