82-year-old Biden’s partnership with CAA, which previously represented him from 2017 to 2020, comes as no surprise to those who have watched the revolving door between Washington and Hollywood spin faster in recent years.
During his previous stint with the agency, Biden made a profit by publishing his “Promise Me, Dad” memoir and launching his “American Promise” speaking tour, which sold over 85,000 tickets nationwide.
Known for his support of Democrat candidates, CAA co-chair Richard Lovett praised Biden’s commitment to public service.

The CAA also represents former President Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Biden’s move to sign with CAA comes after a tenure marked by controversy and low approval ratings.
He left office under a cloud of criticism, including backlash for pardoning his son, Hunter Biden, who has been involved in various scandals.
Now, it appears that both Bidens are eyeing opportunities in the entertainment industry, with Hunter reportedly involved in a documentary project and considering podcasting or public speaking.
“I’m not going to be out of sight or out of mind,” Biden warned as he left office.
