(RightIsRight.co) – Treason and betrayal have put America in danger following the arrests of Chinese spies who infiltrated the military.
Specifically, three US Army soldiers compromised critical US defense systems and sold secrets for mere thousands of dollars.

“The defendants arrested today are accused of betraying our country, actively working to weaken America’s defense capabilities and empowering our adversaries in China. They will face swift, severe, and comprehensive justice,” declared Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Active-duty Army soldiers Jian Zhao and Li Tian and former soldier Ruoyu Duan betrayed America by providing classified information about our weapons systems to Communist China.
The information they disclosed included details about the HIMARS systems currently devastating Russian forces in Ukraine.
The Department of Justice announced the arrests following an FBI and Army Intelligence Command investigation.
Zhao and Tian were stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state, while Duan served in the Army from 2013 to 2017.
All three men face serious charges, including conspiracy to commit bribery and theft of government property. Zhao faces additional charges for transmitting national defense information.
According to investigators, Zhao sold classified hard drives and sensitive military documents marked “SECRET” and “TOP SECRET” to Chinese operatives beginning in July 2024. He received at least $15,000 for his treasonous activities.
Tian and Duan conspired separately to steal and transmit sensitive military information, including technical manuals and specifications about Bradley and Stryker armored fighting vehicles used by American troops.
This case highlights the growing threat of Chinese espionage against American military targets.
Under the Biden administration, Communist China dramatically increased its intelligence operations targeting US defense capabilities, with multiple cases involving military personnel emerging in recent years.
The fact that Chinese nationals or Americans with Chinese heritage could access such sensitive materials raises serious questions about the vetting procedures currently in place for military personnel with access to classified information.
Particularly alarming is the type of information compromised. The HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) has been a game-changer in Ukraine, allowing precision strikes against Russian targets.
By selling this information to China, these traitors have potentially provided crucial American military technology to both China and Russia, endangering troops and allies worldwide.
FBI Director Kash Patel did not mince words about the Communist threat behind these espionage operations:
“While bribery and corruption have thrived under China’s Communist Party, this behavior cannot be tolerated with our service members who are entrusted with sensitive military information, including national defense information.”
Brigadier General Rhett R. Cox warned that these arrests reveal only the tip of the iceberg: “These arrests underscore the persistent and increasing foreign intelligence threat facing our Army and nation.”
While the defendants are technically presumed innocent until proven guilty, the evidence presented by the DOJ paints a damning picture of treasonous activity motivated by financial gain.
These men potentially face decades in prison if convicted, a punishment that has been described as fitting for anyone who betrays their oath to defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
