(RightIsRight.co) – BREAKING NOW: After five decades in the employment of the United States federal government, Dr. Anthony Fauci has announced he is stepping down and will retire before the end of President Joe Biden’s first term as president.
Fauci is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Chief Medical Advisor to President Biden.
According to National Review in “Fauci Says He Plans to Retire by End of Biden’s Current Term”:
“Dr. Fauci has announced he plans to retire by the end of President Biden’s current term, which ends in January 2025.
“The infectious-disease expert, who led the Biden administration’s Covid-response, confirmed the news to CNN Monday. He did not specify a departure date.
“‘I have said that for a long time,’ Fauci told the outlet of his repeated teasings of retirement. ‘By the time we get to the end of Biden’s first term, I will very likely [retire].’” [emphasis added]
Fauci also seems to have surrendered the notion that he will serve until Covid is eradicated:
“‘I think we’re going to be living with this’ for many years, Fauci told Politico in an interview Monday.” [emphasis added]
Bottom line: By January 2025, Dr. Anthony Fauci will have stepped down.
