(RightIsRight.co) – BREAKING NOW: James and Jennifer Crumbley are on the run.
Earlier today, prosecutors in Michigan announced they were charging James and Jennifer Crumbley with four counts each of involuntary manslaughter for having purchased the gun that their son Ethan Crumbley used on Tuesday to conduct mass murder at Oxford High School just north of Detroit, Michigan.
However, they did not have the Crumbleys in custody at the time, and when they went to arrest them, they were not at their home.
Police have issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) for both James and Jennifer.
Criminal justice experts say this is a massive mistake on the part of the police. They did not have the Crumbleys under surveillance even though they knew they were going to announce the charges before an actual arrest.
Police and prosecutors had been signaling for days that the parents would be charged.
This is a breaking news report.
