(RightIsRight.co) – BREAKING RIGHT NOW: Just moments ago during her United States Supreme Court Senate confirmation hearing, under questioning by United States Senator John Cornyn, a Texas Republican, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson seemingly acknowledged that she called former President George W. Bush and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, war criminals.
You can watch the breaking video of the exchange between Senator Cornyn and Judge Jackson further down this post.
Evidently, Judge Jackson made the statement about Bush and Rumsfeld while she was representing a member of the Taliban.
While seemingly acknowledging that she did so while zealously defending her client – something all defense attorneys swear to do as part of their oath – Judge Jackson said she did not mean to disparage either Bush or Rumsfeld.

SEN. JOHN CORNYN: "Why in the world would you call Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld and George W. Bush war criminals in a legal filing?
JUDGE JACKSON: "I don't remember that particular reference […] I did not intend to disparage the President or the Secretary of Defense." pic.twitter.com/W6tAdkOiDR
