CNN Admits Their ‘Bombshell’ Jan 6th Story Is a Nothing Burger

(RightIsRight.co) – Surprise, surprise, surprise.

It turns out that the widely-trumpeted allegations that ex-President Donald J. Trump and his associates had destroyed seven hours’ worth of White House phone records from January 6, 2021, are just one in a long list of nothingburgers — hoaxes — perpetrated by mainstream corporate media, led by CNN.

CNN now has to admit it has wrongly accused Trump of what would be a potential crime had he and his aides done what they’ve been alleging.

As CNN has now admitted in “Official review of Trump phone logs from January 6 finds record is complete“:

“The mystery of the seven-hour gap has fueled furious speculation as to why calls are missing. That includes allegations that Trump was using “burner phones” (which he has denied) or that the logs were purposely suppressed.

“But the gap might have a less mysterious explanation.

“According to multiple sources familiar with Trump’s phone behavior and the White House switchboard records, the January 6 log reflects Trump’s typical phone habits…

“The six pages of White House switchboard logs for January 6, 2021, are complete based on an official review of White House records, according to a source familiar with the matter. There are no missing pages…” [emphasis added]

So, once again, the mainstream media has accused Trump, and Trump has been proven correct.
