(RightIsRight.co) – It has taken 17 months, but the New York Times finally admitted what many – most especially the New York Post – knew all along. The laptop that the New York Post reported on in October of 2020 does belong to Hunter Biden, and it does contain information that could have changed the vote totals in the 2020 Presidential Election.
But guess who has given no attention to this blockbuster development all week? The overwhelming majority of mainstream corporate media controlled by liberals looking to spread their socialist views, especially CNN and MSNBC, hasn’t mentioned the story. Any that did buried it as deep as possible. The only reason the Times wrote about it – and they buried the laptop aspect – was because they had an exclusive on the status of the investigation into Hunter.
As Michael Goodwin notes in his column headlined “The New York Times hates to say The Post told you so“:
“The one bit of actual news is that Hunter Biden took out a loan to pay the federal government as much as $1 million in back taxes as part of a continuing criminal probe about his business ventures with foreign corporations and individuals.
“But that fact, which comes in the very first paragraph, is dwarfed by the Times’ bombshell acknowledgment later on. Much later on.
“It’s not until the 24th paragraph that the story mentions emails involving Hunter Biden and his associates in those deals, followed by these two sentences: ‘Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.'” [emphasis added]
Why does that matter? In case anyone has forgotten, the New York Post had exposed the laptop in October of 2020 – before the 2020 Presidential Election in November of that year. And, the mainstream media – like the New York Times – shielded the Bidens by claiming the laptop story was Russian disinformation – among other allegations – and that it couldn’t be authenticated.
The mainstream media was wrong. The New York Post was correct. And had the information exposed on the laptop been more widely published by the mainstream media, it could have changed the outcome of the election in 2020 to the degree that there would have been no doubt that Donald Trump was the winner.
And that’s exactly why CNN, MSNBC, and the overwhelming majority of the mainstream media have ignored or buried the new developments. Because in their quest to get Joe Biden elected in 2020, they misled the country – or outright lied – when it came to Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop.
