(RightIsRight.co) – The late pedophile Jeffery Epstein had mansions all across the country, which are now being sold. Thankfully, the proceeds from the sales are going to a victims’ compensation fund for the numerous women who experienced sex trafficking and assault within Epstein’s atrocious criminal business. But, the sale of his New Mexico estate, Zorro Ranch, has been slowed down by a fraudulent deed.
On Thursday, May 13, Albuquerque news station KRQE reported that a false deed claimed that a Florida nonprofit organization called Love and Bliss church, which is headquartered at the home of a 22-year-old criminal, bought the enormous 10,000-acre property for only $200. The fraudulent deed showed Epstein’s signature alongside a notary confirmation. However, the church doesn’t have a legal claim on the New Mexico property.
The deed has now been found to be “invalid and unenforceable”, but this is not the first time someone has slowed the sale of one of Epstein’s properties. Hopefully, though, this business will get sorted out quickly. New Mexico State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard would like to see the estate go to a local ranching family and have New Mexicans be able to use some of the land for recreation. Hopefully, the land and its proceeds can be used to better the lives of New Mexican locals, rather than remain a tainted reminder of a despicable man.
