Geraldo Attacks Trump

(RightIsRight.co) – Former Fox News personality Geraldo Rivera attacked Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump by betraying conservative values and endorsing Kamala Harris for president.

In an MSNBC interview, Rivera expressed regret for not abandoning Trump sooner, raising questions about his true loyalties and motivations.

Once a staunch supporter of Trump, Rivera made waves by criticizing the former president and supporting Harris for the 2024 election.

In a statement that has angered many MAGA supporters, Rivera declared, “Former President Trump is a sore loser who cannot be trusted to honor the Constitution. That is why I am voting for Kamala Harris to be our 47th President.”

Rivera’s sudden change seems to stem from his misguided belief that Trump threatened the Constitution.

However, many Americans recognized that it was Trump who fought tirelessly to protect America’s constitutional rights and freedoms against the onslaught of leftist agendas.

“In retrospect, I wish I had bailed on the Trump train a lot sooner before he threatened the Constitution of the United States with its utter destruction,” Rivera claimed.

Moreover, Rivera’s claims about Trump’s actions after the 2020 election are particularly troubling. He accused the former president of discrediting the election and inciting the January 6 protests.

Even more concerning is Rivera’s endorsement of Harris, who has consistently pushed for open borders, gun control, and other policies that threaten the very fabric of American society.

Rivera’s attempt to rewrite history is evident in his recollection of a conversation with Trump about the 2020 election results.

He claimed Trump initially said he would act reasonably but then accused the former president of trying to discredit the election.

Meanwhile, it is worth noting that Rivera is not alone in his betrayal, as other RINO supporters, including Liz Cheney, Sarah Matthews, and Olivia Troye, have also endorsed Harris.

The response from Trump’s campaign has been appropriately dismissive. When asked about Rivera’s comments, Trump’s political adviser, Steven Cheung, simply replied, “Who’s Geraldo? – me.”
