Hunter Biden Gets Bad News (Video)

(RightIsRight.co) – Hunter Biden seems set to be hit hard by the recent election of a new GOP House speaker – not unlike his president father – as Speaker Mike Johnson has suggested Joe Biden’s scandalous son should be subpoenaed to testify before Congress.

See the video below.

In a Fox News interview on Sunday, the recently inaugurated House Speaker, Mike Johnson (R-LA), said he was mulling issuing a subpoena to President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, in relation to the ongoing congressional inquiries into the Biden family’s international business activities.

Johnson had already made it clear he would also advance the House impeachment inquiry into the president.

“I’m looking at that. I think that desperate times call for desperate measures, and that perhaps is overdue,” the speaker said when asked he would subpoena Hunter Biden.

He added that his decision on interviewing the first son was being consulted with legal advisors, noting also that he himself was a lawyer, as cited by The Hill.

“We’re trying to move forward on some of this very aggressively. I think the American people are owed these answers. And I think our suspicions about all this, the evidence that we have gathered so far, as you know, is affirming what many of us feared may be the worst,” Johnson said.

He was referencing the accusations of corruption, influence peddling, and other violations by the Bidens.

This development follows the announcement by former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) last month of initiating a formal impeachment inquiry into Biden, stemming from the House Republicans’ extensive investigations into Hunter Biden’s international business ventures.

The investigations, led by House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), have scrutinized Hunter Biden’s tenure on the board of a Ukrainian energy firm during his father’s vice presidency.

The leaders of these investigations claim that Biden, along with his family members, including Hunter, reaped financial gains in foreign business transactions, influenced by Biden’s political stature.

However, these House investigations have yet to substantiate direct financial benefits accrued by Biden from his son’s business interactions or demonstrate any policy decisions influenced by these dealings, The Hill’s report notes.

It observes that the ouster of the previous House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy, temporarily delayed the House GOP probes into the first family.
