(RightIsRight.co) – President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden faces a new legal problem after the mother of a child he had out of wedlock filed a lawsuit to change the young girl’s name to “Biden.”
The child’s mother, Lunden Alexis Roberts, is a former stripper. The four-year-old, Navy Joan Roberts, is Hunter Biden’s fourth child and Joe Biden’s seventh grandchild.
The court appeal to rename the young girl to Navy Joan Biden was filed in Arkansas earlier this week in 16th Circuit Court in Independence County.
It is part of Lunden Alexis Roberts’ paternity case against Hunter Biden, The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports, as cited by Breitbart News.
The case was settled in March 2020, with the name change submission of its four original filings.
However, it was reopened in September 2022 because Hunter Biden asked for adjustments to his child support payments because of “substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.”
“[The child will] benefit from carrying the Biden family name,” stated the lawsuit appeal filing by attorney Clinton Lancaster
“The Biden name is now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful,” it added.
As examples of the Bidens’ success in society, the lawsuit cited Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, and Hunter’s late brother, Beau Biden.
It also declared that the Biden family has been “estranged” from the little Navy Joan.
“To the extent this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family,” the former stripper’s lawyer argued.
In September, Hunter Biden sued to reduce the child support payments he was paying to his out-of-wedlock daughter due to financial hardship, described in the lawsuit as “financial circumstances.”
According to reports, neither the father – Hunter Biden, nor the grandfather Joe Biden has met the little Navy Joan.
In June 2022, there were reports that Lunden Alexis Roberts was receiving threats from her former fiancé, cage fighter Princeton Foster. Nevertheless, Joe Biden did not arrange security for his granddaughter.
In his memoirs, Hunter Biden claimed he had “no recollection” of being with Roberts, the mother of his fourth child.
