(RightIsRight.co) – At the end of the day, what separates the United States of America from countries where violent mobs try to overturn elections is the rule of law.
American patriots revere the rule of law because so many Americans, going back to the American Revolution, fought and died to preserve and protect our civilized way of life where we solve disagreements and conflicts in the American court system, not with gun battles in the street.
This week, there has been a significant victory in the courts against Joe Biden’s illegal immigration orders protecting illegal aliens instead of American citizens.
As Breitbart points out in “Trump-Appointed Judge Blocks Biden’s ‘Sanctuary Country’ Orders Protecting Illegal Aliens from Deportation“:
“A district judge, appointed by former President Donald Trump, has blocked President Joe Biden’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders that have successfully protected millions of illegal aliens from arrest and deportation over the last year.
“On Tuesday, District Judge Michael J. Newman issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s orders that prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting and deporting most of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens across the United States.” [emphasis added]
As one state attorney general notes:
“‘This is a tremendous victory for the rule of law and the safety of our communities,’ [Arizona Attorney General Mark] Brnovich said in a statement. ‘Since assuming office, the Biden administration has undermined our immigration laws and our law enforcement agencies, while empowering dangerous cartels and criminals on both sides of the border. I’m grateful for this ruling and for the partnership of Ohio and Montana as we work to reverse this catastrophic lawlessness.'” [emphasis added]
