(RightIsRight.co) – Even though she made remarks about how she was badly treated by the Royals, Meghan Markle was attacked as a new report revealed she maltreated her employees.
The report described the 43-year-old former actress as a “demon” and claimed she mistreated former staff members.
“There definitely were bad, very bad, even psycho moments,” one person who allegedly worked for Markle and Prince Harry during their time at the palace stated. “I witnessed people being chewed up in person and over the phone and made to feel like s–t.”
The source continued, “It was an incredibly fraught time and I’m inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt. She has said herself she was suicidal at times.”
Another source who allegedly worked with Markle in the lead-up to her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry called her a “narcissist.”
“I always thought she was a classic narcissist, and getting her staff to tell a magazine how amazing she is only confirms that in my mind,” they said.
“She is lovely when it is all going her way but a demon when the worm turns,” the source added.
One insider claimed a florist was “screamed at down the phone” for 30 minutes after they shared “an insignificant detail online about a bouquet they were working on for Meghan.”
In turn, the report comes just a day after Us Weekly published a much more favorable piece on Markle. That article followed a story in the Hollywood Reporter where she was described as a “dictator in high heels” who “belittles” her staff.
Ben Browning, who worked on Markle and Harry’s 2022 Netflix documentary, claimed he had a “positive and supportive” experience with the couple.
Former chief of staff Catherine St-Laurent also praised her time working with the Sussexes: “The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me.”
Ashley Hansen, the couple’s global press secretary, shared how Markle sent flowers and care packages while she was recovering from surgery.
Nevertheless, the outlet painted a starkly different picture of how Markle allegedly treats her staff.
“They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible,” a source close to the couple claimed.
“She’s absolutely relentless,” another source said. “She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.”
In addition, Markle and Harry have dealt with high staff turnover over the years. In 2021, their top aide and private secretary left and just last month, their chief of staff resigned after only three months.
Back in 2018, Buckingham Palace launched an investigation into Markle’s alleged “bullying behavior” toward two royal aides.
The palace never released its findings, but Markle has maintained that the claims were part of a “calculated smear campaign.”
