The firebrand congresswoman recently put out a webinar that provided step-by-step instructions on how to evade federal immigration enforcement.
The move has sparked outrage among millions of Americans and law enforcement officials alike.
Border Czar Tom Homan has sounded the alarm on AOC’s brazen attempt to undermine the nation’s immigration laws.
Homan has referred the matter to the Department of Justice, questioning whether AOC’s actions constitute a criminal offense.
“I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General, at what level is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?” Homan declared, calling for swift action against the congresswoman.
AOC’s webinar, which included a PowerPoint presentation on evading enforcement and avoiding questions from officials, is just the latest example of the radical left’s efforts to prioritize illegal aliens over law-abiding American citizens.
The congresswoman and her fellow “Squad” members have repeatedly shown their contempt for the nation’s laws and borders.
“This is about public safety, this is about community safety. You’re putting the public at great risk, you’re putting our officers at great risk, you’re even putting the illegal alien at great risk, because anything can happen on arrest on the street,” Homan warned, highlighting the dangerous consequences of AOC’s reckless actions.
While AOC and her liberal colleagues claim they are merely informing illegals of their rights, Americans across the nation see through this thinly veiled attempt to obstruct justice.
The timing of AOC’s webinar could not be more suspicious as ICE has been ramping up operations in sanctuary cities as part of a much-needed crackdown on illegal immigration.
ICE’s actions follow President Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration and the crime caused by it.
During his campaign, the President promised the largest-ever deportation of illegal aliens in order to restore law and order to beleaguered communities.
As the DOJ investigates AOC’s actions, Attorney General Pam Bondi has taken decisive action.
Bondi announced lawsuits against New York and other sanctuary states for prioritizing illegal aliens over citizens.
