(RightIsRight.co) – After days of protesting outside United States Supreme Court Justices’ private residences, a small group of pro-abortion activists has turned their attention to United States House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), calling her and Democrats complicit in the possibility that Roe v. Wade could be overturned.
Protestors converged on Pelosi’s San Francisco home to share their message, disclosed through a statement made by one protestor from a bullhorn: “We are here because the Democratic Party and the Democrats as a whole have been complicit in this whole thing.”
The group was also protesting to have “abortion on demand and without apology,” the message on a banner that several protestors stood behind.
Other signs had the faces of five of the Justices supporting the draft opinion to strike down Roe v. Wade, with the words LIAR plastered over their faces.
The protestor with the bullhorn continued to express the reason for the picketing, stating that protestors would be trying to persuade lawmakers and Justices from having Roe struck down.
“We are here because this draft decision is what it is, it’s only a draft, and we will protest here, in front of the leadership of the Democratic Party, and in the streets from coast to coast, unceasingly, because we work to keep abortion legal – legal and accessible, not rare.”
The protestor seemed to take issue with remarks that abortion should be “rare,” saying, “Hillary Clinton, who started the whole thing like abortion should be legal, but rare as if abortion is a tragedy.”
She also declared, “We are here to say abortion is a basic right, a basic human right, and without this right, women are basically enslaved. And we will not stand for it.”
