(RightIsRight.co) – Protecting those who cannot protect themselves is a sentiment close to the hearts of many Americans. In the Lone Star state, unborn children are a few steps closer to being protected thanks to multiple pro-life Senators who have pushed new bills through their chamber.
On Tuesday, March 30, the Texas Senate approved seven bills restricting abortions and providing resources to pregnant women. The bills are now on their way to the state House where they must be approved to become law.

The bills would ban abortions as soon as a fetal heartbeat could be detected and prohibit doctors from providing abortion pills through the mail. One bill, the Trigger Abortion Ban Act, would prohibit all elective abortions if Roe V. Wade is ever overturned.
These historic bills are paving the way for other states to join the fight for unborn Americans all across our nation.
