Teenage TikTok Star’s Dad Kills Armed Stalker

Ava Majury

(RightIsRight.co) – If ever there was a story that dramatically illustrates the importance of the Second Amendment, the right of self-defense, and Stand Your Ground laws like the one in Florida, while simultaneously illustrating the danger social media “stars” can find themselves in because of obsessed, mentally ill fans, it is the story below.

According to the Daily Wire in a report headlined “Ex-Cop Dad Of 14-Year-Old TikTok Star Shoots, Kills Stalker Armed With Shotgun, Goes Free Under Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law“:

“The ex-cop father of a 14-year-old American girl who has over one million followers as a TikTok star shot and killed an 18-year-old boy who stalked his daughter and had traveled hundreds of miles to her home, where he fired a shot through the family’s front door.

“The father was not charged under Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law…”

Further:

“…Justin came to the Majury’s home in Naples, Florida, armed with a shotgun, which he used to blow open the front door before the shotgun jammed. That prompted Ava’s father, Rob Majury, a retired police lieutenant, to give chase but he fell, gashing his knee, as Justin fled. But later Justin returned and when he pointed the gun at Majury, Rob Majury shot and killed him.”

While the legal issue boils down to whether or not Ava’s father was justified in shooting her stalker, who’d already fired a shotgun into the family home, the full report raises many issues about the potential dangers of individuals – especially young girls – living their lives on social media. At the tender age of 14, Ava makes a lot of money posting pictures and videos of herself on various social media platforms.

In fact, according to the report, Ava’s older brother blames his sister for the danger the family found itself in when the armed stalker arrived at their home. Still, the reality is that deranged stalkers had attacked and killed “famous” individuals long before social media platforms like TikTok ever existed. Sadly, there will always be mentally ill people who become obsessed with those in the public eye.

What do you think? In your opinion, was Rob Majury, the father of 14-year-old social media star Ava Majury, justified in shooting and killing armed stalker Eric Rohan Justin?
