(RightIsRight.co) – Democrats have repeatedly said that as long as the government isn’t the one doing censorship, it’s not censorship. However, that claim fell flat this week as Democrat lawmakers asked major tech and media firms to begin censoring conservative news outlets. In a recent video, Donald Trump Jr likened these acts to “21st-century book burning.”
On Monday, February 22, letters were sent to a dozen CEOs, including leaders of AT&T, Verizon, Apple, and Cox Communications, asking them to ban conservative news from their platforms. In a video posted to the social media site Rumble, Trump Jr. fiercely pushed back against the idea. He shared a link to the video on Twitter:

In it, Trump Jr. asked how the mainstream media could accuse conservative outlets of pushing misinformation when they were “peddling” the Trump-Russia hoax for years and have misconstrued his words many times.
Trump Jr. compared this attempt by the Left to eliminate an entire way of thinking from the mainstream narrative to book burning that happened over seventy years ago. It was atrocious then, and it’s atrocious now. The former president’s son reminds us that it’s worth getting up in arms about this, as the Left seemingly won’t stop until we’re silenced.
