Trump Meeting With GOP Leaders to Take Back 2022 House

(RightIsRight.co) – As Americans all across our nation become disgusted and disillusioned with President Joe Biden and his administration, many are looking forward to using their vote to take back Congress in the 2022 midterm elections. To help attain that goal, former President Donald Trump met with significant GOP leaders in Bedminster, New Jersey last week to discuss the party’s policies, agenda and path forward.

On Thursday, June 10, Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks and others from the GOP hosted Trump to lay out policy vision with the help of the influential conservative leader. During the two-hour meeting, they focused on election integrity legislation and how to define immigration from here on out.

The New York Post was one of the first to break the news of the meeting:

While it’s still unknown whether Trump will seek the Republican presidential bid in 2024, meeting attendees highlighted that he’ll help campaign for candidates who subscribe to the Trump agenda during the 2022 midterms. As it stands, the GOP is eight seats short of a majority in the House, but with President Trump’s leadership and enthusiasm, Republicans are confident they can take back the chamber.
