(RightIsRight.co) – Staying grateful to those who support him against detractors, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump thanked Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife.

Specifically, Trump praised Brittany Mahomes for standing up for his 2024 MAGA platform, where she defended him against critics on social media.
In a post on Truth Social, he expressed his gratitude, writing, “I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me, and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country.”
Trump continued, “With Crime and Illegal Immigration totally out of control, INFLATION Ravaging all Americans, and a World that is laughing at the stupidity of our hapless ‘leaders,’ it is nice to see someone who loves our Country, and wants to save it from DOOM. What a great couple — See you both at the Super Bowl!”
Trump’s original Instagram post outlined “The 2024 GOP Platform” to “Make America Great Again,” including promises for tax cuts, no tax on tips, securing the border, ending inflation, and keeping men out of women’s sports.
In addition, Brittany Mahomes liked the post and defended her choice after some tried to cancel her for it.
She took to Instagram Stories to address the backlash. “I mean honestly. To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood.”
Shortly after, Brittany Mahomes appeared on the Whoop podcast and shared that she no longer cares about what people think. She credited her husband for helping her overcome criticism.
“Yeah, I think we got kind of thrown into the fire together, and I think that’s what helped us, you know, do so well in the life that we are, is that we did it all together,” Brittany commented.
When asked what advice helped her handle criticism, Brittany said it was her husband’s.
“I think the main thing, you know, he always told me is like, stop caring what people think, especially the people that don’t even know you,” she stated.
“And so I think social media used to get to me a lot, and now it’s just like, ‘Honestly, I don’t give a F-–-* (spelling the word out) what people have to say about me anymore, and I think he’s helped me get to that point to where I’m strong in who I am; I’m confident in who I am,” the star’s wife concluded.
