Trump: ‘This Judge…Should Be IMPEACHED!!!’

(RightIsRight.co) – President Donald Trump has turned up the heat on a federal judge by calling for his impeachment over a ruling that blocked his deportation plan for Venezuelan gang members.

Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, temporarily halted deportations that were protecting American communities from violent criminals.

As the judicial interference threatens Trump’s mandate to secure the border, patriots across the nation are rallying behind the President’s constitutional authority.

Donald Trump did not mince on Truth Social this week, labeling Boasberg a “Radical Left Lunatic” and “troublemaker” who has no right to interfere with presidential powers.

“This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump wrote.

The judge’s temporary restraining order blocked deportations of alleged members of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang, despite the clear national security threat they pose.

The Trump administration’s deportation initiative, which had already removed over 260 illegl aliens, was authorized under the wartime Alien Enemies Act.

This law gives the President broad authority to protect Americans from foreign threats. Despite this legal foundation, Boasberg issued a 14-day restraining order, claiming deportees deserved court hearings first.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt defended the President’s authority, stating, “you cannot have a low-level district court judge filing an injunction to usurp the executive authority of the president of the United States.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has requested an appeals court remove Boasberg from the case entirely.

Their filing argues the judge lacks jurisdiction since presidential actions regarding national security are not subject to judicial review.

Additionally, the DOJ disputes Boasberg’s demand for information about the deportation flights, citing executive privilege.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement official Robert L Cerna explained the urgent necessity of these deportations:

“While it is true that many of the [Tren de Aragua] members removed under the [Alien Enemies Act] do not have criminal records in the United States, that is because they have only been in the United States for a short period of time.”

Additionally, the controversy has drawn support for Trump from prominent figures, including Elon Musk, who backed Representative Brandon Gill’s intention to file articles of impeachment against the judge.

Federal judges can be impeached by a majority vote in the House and removed by a two-thirds vote in the Senate.

El Salvador has agreed to house 300 of the deported aliens for a year at a cost of $6 million, demonstrating the Trump administration’s diplomatic success in addressing the crisis.

This agreement was in place before Boasberg’s intervention disrupted the planned deportations.

Although liberal organizations like the ACLU and the Brennan Center for Justice have criticized the deportation initiative, the administration maintains it acted within its legal authority.

Trump’s supporters see this as another example of activist judges attempting to thwart the President’s America First agenda and constitutional duty to protect American citizens from foreign threats.
