(RightIsRight.co) – Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump warned that anyone involved in voter fraud during the 2024 elections “will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law” if he returns to the White House.
Steadfast on his belief that the 2020 election was marred by voter fraud, Trump emphasized that he and others will be keeping a close watch on the current election.
Trump wrote on Truth Social:
“CEASE & DESIST: I, together with many Attorneys and Legal Scholars, am watching the Sanctity of the 2024 Presidential Election very closely because I know, better than most, the rampant Cheating and Skullduggery that has taken place by the Democrats in the 2020 Presidential Election.”
He continued, “It was a Disgrace to our Nation! Therefore, the 2024 Election, where Votes have just started being cast, will be under the closest professional scrutiny…”
“…and, WHEN I WIN, those people that CHEATED will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, which will include long term prison sentences so that this Depravity of Justice does not happen again,” the former president added.
Moreover, he emphasized that he and his team cannot let America further devolve into a Third World Nation. He warned that legal exposure extends to lawyers, political operatives, donors, illegal voters, and corrupt election officials.
The first mail-in ballots for the general election were sent out on Wednesday, a day after Trump and Harris debated. In-person early voting kicks off in some states as soon as Friday.
Furthermore, the first round of ballots typically goes to military and overseas voters, as federal law mandates this to happen at least 45 days before an election—this year, that deadline was September 21.
Meanwhile, state and local election officials have raised concerns about mail delivery issues potentially impacting voters. They have informed the U.S. Postal Service that these persistent problems still have not been resolved.
