VIDEO: Lara Trump Slams Democrats

(RightIsRight.co) – Pulling no punches, Republican National Committee (RNC) co-chair Lara Trump slammed the Democrat National Convention (DNC) for focusing too much on attacking GOP nominee Donald Trump instead of presenting their own policy plans.

Watch the video further down this post.

In an interview, Lara Trump compared the two major parties’ conventions.

“We were very proud of the Republican National Convention. I think what people saw with our convention is that you actually saw a path forward for this country. You saw Donald Trump and people every single night of our convention lay out how we are going to make life better for you,” she said.

“I didn’t hear a single night of anybody talk at the [Democratic convention] about that,” Lara added. “You saw unity with our party from the [Republican convention]. You had a very positive feeling coming out of that.”

In contrast, she described the Democrat National Convention as “a lot of Trump-hating.”

“It seems like they’re attempting to run on hating Donald Trump, on platitudes, on vibes, and on emotion,” she said.

Lara firmly continued, “That is not going to put food on the table for the people of this country. That is not going to bring down your gas prices. That is not going to get us out of wars around the world.”

In addition, the co-chair of the RNC underscored that Trump had a plan, which he put in place in 2016 when he won the election. She emphasized that he had done this job before, and they [Republicans] demonstrated at their convention how he would do it again, criticizing that Democrats have not said anything related to it.

Her comments reflected a sentiment Trump voiced last week, noting that it was “pretty sad” that Democrats chose to focus on him during their convention speeches, including former President Barack Obama’s.

Furthermore, this interview comes as Democrats enjoy a boost from their recent four-day convention in Chicago, with excitement reminiscent of Obama’s 2008 campaign energy.

This surge in enthusiasm represents a notable shift from the Republicans’ advantage at the time of their convention last month. Back then, Democrats were still reeling from Biden’s poor debate performance, and Trump had just survived an assassination attempt.
