(RightIsRight.co) – Adding to the growing belief held by a significant number of Americans that he no longer knows what he is saying and just reads what is put in front of him, Joe Biden read instructions from a script on a teleprompter out loud when he was supposed to use those instructions silently as a cue about how to deliver his statement. Additionally, he gave no indication that he realized what he had done.

Flanked by Kamala Harris and another administration official as he read from the teleprompter, Biden said:
“It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so. End of quote. Repeat the line. Women are not without electoral and/or political — let me be precise, not and/or — or political power. That’s another way of saying, you, the women of America, can determine the outcome of this issue…” [emphasis added to highlight the gaffe]
