VIDEO: Trump Heckled but Responds Like a ‘Good Sport’

(RightIsRight.co) – Former President Donald Trump got heckled while playing during last week’s LIV Gold pro-am tournament on his own golf course but managed to keep his cool, as a video that has gone viral on social media shows.

As he was competing at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey, Trump got harassed by a group of pranksters who kept hurling mocking comments at him.

A MAGA hat-wearing Trump held out and responded calmly to the questions and comments that could have been taken as insults – including a quip that his shot was “shorter than his second term.”

The video by 29-year-old Jake Adams, who did the heckling with a group of friends, The Daily Mail reported.

The group, part of the Country Club Adjacent podcast, shared the video on TikTok. It has amassed more than 10 million views on that social media platform alone, not counting millions more views on Twitter.

“You built a golf course just to miss this green,” Jake quips in the 30-second video as Trump is about to hit the ball.

“It isn’t an easy one to miss,” the former President of the United States replies.

“That swing looks a little broken, was it made in China?” another man from Jake’s group intervenes.

“I don’t know – too much is made in China,” Trump responds without looking, just as he is swinging back to take his shot.

“What would your followers say if you hit this left?” shouts another group member.

By that point, the 45^th President of the United States is already walking away.

“A little short, like your second term,” states one of the hecklers when the group sees that Trump’s shot landed in a pond short of the green.

However, POTUS 45 was still keeping his cool at that moment. In subsequent comments on the Trump heckling, Jake praised Trump for the way he handled their provocations.

“He played along, but when he went into the water I think he was upset and walked away… It was good that he got involved and we don’t mind getting something back,” the heckler said.

“I’m sure he wanted to hit a good shot in front of us and then turn around and throw it in our faces. That would have been funny… He was a good sport and I have to say, he’s a pretty good golfer for his age. I’ll give him that,” Jake concluded.
