A few days ago, during the public comment period of the Montgomery County, Virginia School Board meeting, a parent calmly walked to the microphone and, after making some pointed but respectfully presented observations about how the board had been operating and how that would soon change under a new Virginia law, began showing pictures of the school board chairwoman Susan Kass violating the mask mandate she wants to keep in place for students.
How does the chairwoman react?
Almost immediately, she asks a police officer to intervene and stop the parent from showing the photos. The chairwoman then storms out of the meeting.
