(RightIsRight.co) – Elizabeth Warren, the self-proclaimed author of presidential transition laws, raised serious allegations against President-elect Donald Trump as she accused him and his team of trampling on laws designed to guide the presidential transition.
This latest attack on Trump’s transition process raised questions about the true motives behind Warren’s claims and the legitimacy of the laws she helped create.
Warren, a vocal critic of Trump and his supporters, took to social media platform X to voice her accusations. She claimed that Trump and his transition team are breaking laws governing the shift of presidential power, laws that she said she was involved in crafting.
The Massachusetts senator’s accusations stem from a CNN report suggesting that Trump’s team is delaying the submission of transition agreements to the Biden administration due to a conflict of interest pledge in the Presidential Transition Act.
Warren seized this opportunity to criticize the President-elect, calling the situation “illegal corruption.”
She stated, “Donald Trump and his transition team are already breaking the law. I would know because I wrote the law. Incoming presidents are required to prevent conflicts of interest and sign an ethics agreement.”
The Presidential Transition Act, which Warren asserted to have helped write, requires candidates to create memorandums of understanding with the current president and the General Services Administration (GSA) for access to resources and information.
However, Trump’s team may have valid reasons for carefully reviewing these agreements before signing, especially given the hostile nature of the 2020 election and ongoing legal challenges.
Democrat Representative Jamie Raskin (MD) joined Warren in criticizing Trump’s approach to the transition process. He expressed concerns over Trump’s alleged failure to enter into transition agreements and warned of potential negative impacts on the power transfer.
Moreover, it is important to remember that President Trump has consistently put America first and fought against the Washington establishment throughout his presidency.
His cautious approach to the transition process is another example of his commitment to protecting the interests of the American people and ensuring the integrity of our electoral system.
While Warren and her allies continue to push their narrative, patriotic Americans must remain skeptical of these claims and remember the countless attempts by Democrats to undermine President Trump’s leadership.
The President-elect’s commitment to transparency and proper governance should not be questioned based on partisan accusations from those who have consistently opposed his America First agenda.

This is what illegal corruption looks like. https://t.co/JJjJ59DgB5
