(RightIsRight.co) – Given this latest development you’re about to read about, many are asking why Joe Biden hasn’t been arrested.

The release of emails by the National Archives has shed light on the discovery of even more classified documents linked to President Biden.

The emails reveal that boxes of documents were handed over by Biden’s lawyers in Boston and confirm a little-known detail in the chronology of Biden’s classified documents scandal.

On November 7, National Archives official Gary Stern wrote to Biden’s lawyers, Patrick Moore and Bob Bauer, asking them to ensure the security of the boxes in their Boston office.

This email was sent five days after Biden’s lawyers claimed to have discovered classified documents at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.

CNN reported in January that Moore had shipped some Penn Biden Center documents to his Boston law office before he realized they contained classified information.

The documents were believed not to contain sensitive information at the time. However, the new emails raise questions about the nature of the papers given the protocols requested by the National Archives.

On November 8, Stern wrote to Bauer and Moore asking if the boxes in their Boston office could be moved to the JFK Library, to which Moore replied in the affirmative.

When asked about the Boston boxes, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that she was unaware of the matter and referred questions to the White House counsel’s office. However, spokesman Ian Sams did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

The White House has faced criticism for concealing information about the scandal, which led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Hur last month to determine if Biden or anyone in his orbit broke the law.

The White House concealed the initial discovery of classified documents for more than two months, until well after the November 8 midterm elections. Biden first publicly acknowledged the discovery of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center in a press conference in Mexico City on January 10, a day after CBS broke the story. Biden later acknowledged that some classified records were found in his Wilmington garage on December 20.

However, the White House claimed at the time that all searches for records were complete. Still, additional documents were later found by Biden’s lawyers, and an FBI search found six more items with classification markings.

Hunter Biden, under federal investigation for possible tax fraud, money laundering, and illegal foreign lobbying, is believed to have frequently visited the Wilmington document repository, according to records from his former laptop.

The controversy has sparked calls from Republicans for additional searches, including of the approximately 1,850 boxes of Biden’s Senate papers held at the University of Delaware.

The exact number of documents retrieved is still unclear. Still, CNN reported that around ten classified documents, some marked “top secret,” were found at the Penn Biden Center relating to the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Iran.

President Biden, who criticized his predecessor for retaining classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, has brushed off questions about the controversy and stated that “there is no there there.”
