SABOTAGED! Homeland Security Targeted in Brazen Attacks

Red stamp with the word Sabotage.

As federal agents diligently worked to enforce immigration laws, the homeland security agents were targeted in brazen attacks by a group of liberal anarchists.

The suspects, allegedly defending illegal aliens, placed homemade tire spikes to disable federal vehicles during legitimate immigration enforcement activities.

This latest attack represents a shocking 700% increase in assaults on immigration officers this year as left-wing activists increasingly obstruct border security efforts.

U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested Jenaro-Ernesto Ayala, Jude Jasmine Jeannine Allard, Sadot Jarnica, and Daniel Montenegro outside a Home Depot on Balboa Place in Van Nuys, California.

The four criminals, all U.S. citizens, now face serious felony charges for attempting to sabotage an official immigration enforcement operation and assaulting federal officers.

According to federal authorities, the suspects deployed improvised devices featuring rubber or metal strips embedded with large nails, successfully flattening at least one Border Patrol vehicle’s tire.

One suspect also physically attacked a Border Patrol agent during the confrontation, escalating what was already a federal offense into a more serious assault charge.

USBP Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino confirmed the nature of the attack, stating the suspects “attempted to impede & obstruct our efforts, using improvised devices aimed at disabling our vehicles.”

Despite the interference, Bovino made it clear that federal agents would continue immigration operations in Los Angeles until their mission is complete, regardless of local opposition.

This incident highlights the growing danger faced by immigration enforcement officers across the country.

Federal officials reported a staggering 700% increase in attacks on immigration agents since the beginning of the year, including armed ambushes and shootings at Border Patrol facilities in Texas.

These escalating attacks show a disturbing pattern of organized resistance to lawful immigration enforcement.

The confrontation came shortly after a larger immigration operation at MacArthur Park where liberal Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass personally confronted federal agents, demanding they leave the area and calling the enforcement actions “unacceptable.”

This interference from elected officials sends a dangerous message that encourages others to obstruct federal law enforcement.

Although leftist activists asserted Ayala and Allard were merely “day laborer advocates” observing the operation, federal authorities paint a different picture.

The DHS classified this as a “target immigration enforcement operation” that was deliberately sabotaged by individuals taking direct action against federal officers.

Attorneys for the suspects have complained about difficulties contacting their clients, particularly Ayala, claiming they were denied access at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles.

However, this standard procedure during processing of federal detainees has not stopped activists from organizing protests and press conferences condemning the arrests.

The DOJ has promised swift and severe consequences for anyone attacking immigration officers or interfering with their duties.

This case represents a critical test of whether federal authorities will maintain control of immigration enforcement despite growing opposition from sanctuary city policies and activists determined to prevent deportations of illegal aliens.
